Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://mobilenotaryindianapolis.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Apostille Service, Hospital Notary, Document Authentication, Affidavit Notary, Business Notary provided by On The Go Notary & Signing Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. On The Go Notary & Signing Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. On The Go Notary & Signing Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. On The Go Notary & Signing Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will On The Go Notary & Signing Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify On The Go Notary & Signing Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. IN law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IN.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
